Return Policy

We would hate to make a returns policy long and confusing, so Mix Bridal promises that if the dresses you receive are made wrongly, defective or not the same as advertised, you can send them back for full refunds or exchanges, within 14 days upon receiving them.

For Standard Size Dresses: Even if you simply don’t like the dress(es), you can return and get 70% refund of the standard sized dresses.

For Custom Size Dresses: Unless our tailors make the dress wrongly, custom size dresses are final sale. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for custom size dresses. Should you think the custom sizing is not the same as the measurements you have submitted in your order, please contact our customer service team at service@mixbridal.com to inquire. Our team will help you out.

Please note that all returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we may not be able to process the return and a full refund if you contact us after 14 days.

To return the dresses, all you need to do is email service@mixbridal.com for a return address in your country. We have offices in UK, AU, US and CA. For customers from other countries, dresses need to be returned to our UK address. Please make sure the returned dresses are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. Please also provide us a reason for the return (we want to improve!) and also your order number in your email. Our service team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Since all our dresses are purely hand tailored for you, please carefully follow our size chart/measuring guide before deciding your sizes/measurements. We also suggest that you order our color swatches to view the colors in person, thanks!

Please thoroughly check the dress(es) upon receiving for any quality problems such as pull/snag/marks, and if you find any, please do contact service@mixbridal.com within 3 days upon receiving the dresses!

Cancelation Policy:

Processing Period

Mix Bridal customers are eligible to cancel orders within 72 hours (3 days) of placing them. If you need to cancel your order after the 72-hour window period, a 10% handling fee will be charged since our dresses are hand tailored and made-to-order.

Shipped

Please note that If by chance you would like to cancel your order when the dress is shipped out, you would need to wait for the dress to arrive then request a return, customers are then entitled to get 70% refund for standard sized dresses and 50% refund for custom sized dresses. Please email service@mixbridal.com if you need more information.

Regarding Swatch Cards, within 12 hours of the order confirmation, you are eligible to cancel and get a 100% refund of the total amount paid. All swatch orders cannot be refunded after more than 12 hours of order confirmation.
